1. Sacred Talismans  – Final Sale

Due to the unique consecration process, where each talisman is energetically bonded to the practitioner/wearer upon creation:

  • No Returns/Exchanges: All consecrated talismans are FINAL SALE.

  • Exceptions: We only offer replacements for items damaged during transit or if the wrong sigil was received. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Energy Bracelets  – 30-Day Guarantee

We stand by the craftsmanship of our natural stone and crystal jewelry.

  • 30-Day Return: You may return or exchange your bracelet within 30 days of purchase.

  • Condition: Items must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging included.

  • Defects & Damages: If your bracelet arrives damaged or has quality issues, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. No need to return the original item.

  • Non-Quality Returns: For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

3. How to Start a Request

To initiate a return or report a damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at taoaura2025@gmail.com with your Order Number and photos of the item.

  2. Authorization: Do not send items back without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our team.

  3. Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
